歡迎使用 codex.xiagu.shop(含其子頁面、購物等级與数字商品、站内功能,以下統称“平台”)。使用或访问平台即表示你同意受本《用戶协议》(“本协议”)的约束。若你不同意,請立即停止使用。
提示:本协议與《隱私政策》共同构成你與平台之間的总体法律文件。平台對你的个人信息的处理(含存储位置、留存期限等)以《隱私政策》為准。
一、适用范围與接受條款
- 本协议适用於你對平台的一切访问與使用行為,包括注冊、登錄、浏览、下單、充值、購買購物等级或数字商品、使用站内錢包、投稿與互動等。
- 你确认在注冊或使用平台時具备完全民事行為能力;如你未達所在法域的法定成年人年龄,應在监護人许可與指導下使用。
- 平台有權在法律允许的范围内随時對本协议進行修改;我們將在頁面显著位置提示变更。变更後的條款一经公示即生效;你继续使用平台即视為接受更新後的條款。
二、賬戶與KYC
- 你需按頁面提示提供真實、准确、完整的信息,并及時更新。平台可在合理范围内要求你完成實名认证/KYC 以满足合规、风控或交易安全的需要。
- 賬戶仅供你本人使用。你應妥善保管登錄凭據,對通過你賬戶產生的行為與结果负責。若發现賬號被未授權使用,請立即聯繫平台。
- 平台可在合理范围内基於风险控制與合规需要對賬戶采取限制、冻结、暫停或终止措施(包括但不限於拒绝开通/续订/提现/發放權益等)。
三、購物等级、数字商品與交付
- 平台可能提供一次性或周期性(含自動续期,以頁面說明為准)的付費服務/購物等级计划/数字商品。具体内容、有效期、價格、權益與使用规则以下單/購買頁面公示為准。
- 交付時點:当你完成支付、賬戶获得访问權限或内容可被下载/使用時,即视為交付已开始。
- 費用不可撤销:除法律强制另有规定外,所有費用一经支付即為最终費用,不提供退款或退貨;任何未使用/部分使用的服務期間、權益或餘額均不予退还。
- 冷静期/取消權(如适用):在法律允许且以頁面說明為准的前提下,数字内容或購物等级服務一经开通/开始履行,即可能不适用或不再适用冷静期/取消權。
- 如你违反本协议或相關规则,平台可取消或收回相關權益并不予退还費用。
四、費用與结算
- 價格、税費、汇率與结算方式以頁面/订單信息為准;第三方支付/清算服務可能收取額外費用。
- 你承诺仅使用合法来源的资金進行交易,并遵守适用的反洗錢、制裁與金融监管要求。
- 平台可依業務與合规需要调整收費與规则,并在頁面公示後實施。
五、站内錢包與餘額
- 站内錢包仅用於平台内消費或结算,不產生利息,不是銀行賬戶、存款、预付卡或任何受存款保险/担保的金融產品。
- 餘額的获得、使用、有效期、是否可提现及提现规则以頁面/產品說明為准;如未明确支持提现,则视為不可提现。
- 對於因繫統故障、接口异常或任何原因導致的错誤入賬/扣款,平台有權進行更正(含冲正、调賬、限制使用等)。
六、用戶内容與许可
- 你在平台提交/上传/發布的内容(含昵称、头像、文字、图片、音视频、资料與其他信息,下称“用戶内容”)應确保拥有合法權利與必要授權,不得侵犯任何第三方的權利。
- 為實现展示、传播、推广與运营平台之目的,你授予平台一项在法律允许范围内的全球性、非独占、可转授權、免版税的许可,以在與平台相關的场景内使用、复制、改编、改写、翻译、展示與分發你的用戶内容(在适用法律允许的范围内)。
- 平台可基於合规或风险考量對用戶内容進行审核、下架、屏蔽或删除;對涉嫌侵權的内容,平台可依法予以处理。
- 公开展示以**匿名/化名(显示名称/昵称)**為主;详见《隱私政策》中“公开展示與匿名”。
七、禁止行為
你承诺不从事下列行為:
- 违反法律法规、监管要求或公序良俗的行為;
- 侵害他人知识產權、名誉權、隱私權或其他合法權益;
- 欺诈、赌博、洗錢、资助或传播违法/有害内容;
- 干扰平台正常运行的行為,包括但不限於:攻击、入侵、抓取/爬虫、逆向工程、批量注冊、恶意下單、滥用優惠、非授權的自動化访问;
- 未经许可的商業转售、转让、出租、外包或再分發;
- 其他可能损害平台或第三方合法權益的行為。
八、平台的權利與措施
- 為维護服務安全與秩序,平台可在必要且合理的范围内采取包括但不限於暫停/限制/终止服務、冻结或注销賬戶、拒绝新开通/续订、限制提现或發放權益、删除或屏蔽内容等措施。
- 如你的行為導致平台或第三方遭受损失,你應承担相應赔偿責任;平台有權扣回不当得利并追究法律責任。
九、第三方服務
- 平台可能集成或链接第三方的登錄、支付、清算、通讯、存储或其他服務。你理解并同意:该等第三方服務由其各自主体提供與承担責任,平台不對其可用性、質量或安全作出任何承诺。
- 你應同時遵守第三方的服務條款與隱私政策。
十、免責声明
- 在法律允许的最大范围内,平台按“现状”“可用”提供服務,對非平台直接原因導致的服務不可用、功能受限、数據丢失、延迟、错誤不承担責任。
- 平台不就任何明示或默示的适销性、特定用途适合性、不侵權、持续可用性或无错誤等作出保证。
- 對因不可抗力、网络/电力故障、第三方服務异常、繫統或设备维護、政策调整等原因造成的影响,平台不承担責任。
十一、責任限制
- 在适用法律允许的最大范围内,平台對你承担的总責任(无论基於合同、侵權或其他事由)以你在争议發生前最後一次付款的支付金額為上限;若相關服務為免費提供,则平台不承担任何赔偿責任。
- 在任何情况下,平台均不對任何間接的、附带的、特殊的、惩罚性的或後果性损害承担責任,包括但不限於利润、收入、商誉或数據的损失。
十二、赔偿
- 因你违反本协议或法律而引起、導致或與之相關的任何第三方索赔、损失、費用、責任與支出(含合理律师費、调查與取证費用),你應当對平台及其關聯方、合作方、管理人员與员工進行全額赔偿并使其免責。
- 平台可在必要時采取合理措施以减轻损失,你應予以配合。
十三、数據與隱私
- 你理解并同意平台將按照《隱私政策》处理你的个人信息,其中包括但不限於:数據可能在马来西亚或其他国家/地区被存储或处理,及最长不超過 90 天的留存上限(法律强制要求除外)。
- 與数據处理相關的更多信息、你的請求渠道及權利行使方式,均以《隱私政策》為准。
十四、通知與协议变更
- 平台可通過站内公告、弹窗、頁面提示、向你賬號绑定邮箱發送邮件等方式進行通知。
- 對本协议的重大变更將以合理方式事先通知;该等变更公示或到達你後生效。你在变更生效後继续使用平台的,视為你已接受变更。
- 平台亦可随時以公示方式發布/更新業務规则、產品說明與补充條款,與本协议具有同等法律效力。
十五、终止
- 你可随時停止使用平台;如需注销賬戶,按頁面流程操作。
- 如你违反本协议或相關规则,或為维護平台與用戶安全及合法權益之需要,平台可暫停、限制或终止向你提供全部或部分服務;终止并不影响终止前已產生的權利義務。
- 本协议中按其性質應在终止後继续有效的條款(包括但不限於知识產權、費用條款、免責声明、責任限制、赔偿、争议解决與适用法律等)在终止後仍然有效。
十六、适用法律與争议解决
- 在不违背强制性消費者保護规定的前提下,因本协议或使用平台引起的争议,双方將首先以合理方式寻求解决(包括但不限於友好协商、與第三方机构沟通或其他依法可行的安排);如需進一步处理,具体处理路径、机构或地點將在适用法律允许的范围内由平台届時合理指定或以頁面公告為准。
- 在法律允许的范围内,双方同意不以群体/集体/代表人诉讼的形式主张權利;平台可在任何有管辖權的法院寻求禁令或衡平救济。

Effective Date: as publicly posted on the Site
Welcome to codex.xiagu.shop (including sub‑pages, shopping levels, digital goods and on‑site features, collectively the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform immediately.
Note: These Terms and the Privacy Policy together form the overall legal agreement between you and the Platform. Personal data handling (including storage location and retention) is governed by the Privacy Policy.
1. Scope & Acceptance
- These Terms apply to all activities on the Platform—registration, sign‑in, browsing, ordering, top‑up, purchasing shopping levels or digital goods, using the on‑site wallet, posting and interactions.
- You confirm you have full legal capacity to use the Platform; if under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the services with guardian permission and guidance.
- We may modify these Terms as permitted by law; material changes will be posted prominently. Once posted, updates take effect; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts & KYC
- You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. We may require identity/KYC verification for compliance, risk control or transaction security.
- Your account is for your personal use only. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- We may, within a reasonable scope, impose limits, freeze, suspend or terminate accounts for risk, compliance or policy violations (including refusing activation/renewal/withdrawal/benefit issuance, as applicable).
3. Shopping Levels, Digital Goods & Delivery
- We may offer one‑time or recurring (including auto‑renewal where stated) paid services/shopping level plans/digital goods. Specific contents, term, price, benefits and usage rules are as posted at purchase.
- Delivery start: when payment completes, access is granted, or content becomes downloadable/usable—delivery is deemed to have begun.
- Fees are final: all payments are non‑refundable unless required by law; unused/partially used periods, benefits or balances are not refundable.
- Cooling‑off/cancellation rights (if applicable): where permitted by law and as posted, once digital content or shopping levels are activated/begun, cooling‑off/cancellation rights may not apply or may cease to apply.
- If you breach these Terms or related rules, we may revoke benefits without refund.
4. Fees & Settlement
- Prices, taxes, FX and settlement methods are as posted on the site/order; third‑party payment/clearing services may charge additional fees.
- You agree to use funds of lawful origin and to comply with AML, sanctions and financial regulations.
- We may adjust fees and rules for business or compliance needs and will implement them upon posting.
5. On‑Site Wallet & Balance
- The on‑site wallet is for Platform spending/settlement only, bears no interest, and is not a bank account, deposit, stored‑value card or any insured/guaranteed financial product.
- Earning, using, validity, and whether withdrawals are allowed (and withdrawal rules) are as posted; if not expressly supported, withdrawals are not available.
- We may correct erroneous credits/debits (including reversals, adjustments, restrictions) resulting from system/interface issues or other reasons.
6. User Content & License
- You must own the necessary rights to content you submit/upload/post (nicknames, avatars, text, images, audio/video, materials and other information).
- You grant the Platform a worldwide, non‑exclusive, transferable, sub‑licensable, royalty‑free license, to the extent permitted by law, to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, display and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.
- We may review, remove or disable content for compliance or risk reasons; alleged infringements may be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
- Public display is primarily anonymous/pseudonymous (display name/nickname); see “Public Display & Anonymity” in the Privacy Policy.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate laws, regulations or public order;
- Infringe IP, reputation, privacy or other rights;
- Engage in fraud, gambling, money‑laundering, or distribute unlawful/harmful content;
- Disrupt operations—attacks, intrusions, scraping, reverse‑engineering, mass registrations, abusive orders, unauthorized automation;
- Re‑sell, transfer, rent, outsource or redistribute without permission;
- Engage in other conduct that harms the Platform or third parties.
8. Our Rights & Measures
- To protect service security and order, we may suspend/restrict/terminate services, freeze or close accounts, refuse activation/renewal, limit withdrawals or benefits, or remove/block content as reasonably necessary.
- If your conduct causes losses to us or others, you shall compensate accordingly; we may reclaim unjust enrichment and pursue legal remedies.
9. Third‑Party Services
- The Platform may integrate or link to third‑party login, payment, clearing, communications, storage or other services. Those services are provided by their respective providers; we do not warrant their availability, quality or security.
- You must also comply with the providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for unavailability, limitations, data loss, delays or errors not directly caused by us.
- We make no warranties—express or implied—of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, continuous availability or error‑free operation.
- We are not responsible for impacts caused by force majeure, network/power failures, third‑party outages, maintenance, or policy changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the amount of your last payment for the relevant service prior to the event; if the service was provided free of charge, we owe no compensation.
- In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data.
12. Indemnity
- You will indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, partners, officers and employees from any third‑party claims, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, investigation and evidence‑collection costs) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or the law.
- We may take reasonable steps to mitigate losses; you shall cooperate accordingly.
13. Data & Privacy
- Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, which includes storage/processing in Malaysia or other countries/regions and a maximum 90‑day retention (unless longer is required by law).
- For details on requests and rights, refer to the Privacy Policy.
14. Notices & Changes
- We may notify you via on‑site announcements, pop‑ups, page prompts or emails to your account address.
- Material changes to these Terms will be reasonably notified in advance and become effective upon posting or delivery. Continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance.
- We may publish/update business rules, product descriptions and supplemental terms; they have the same legal effect as these Terms.
15. Termination
- You may stop using the Platform at any time; follow page instructions to close your account if available.
- We may suspend, restrict or terminate all or part of the services if you breach these Terms or for safety/rights protection; termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.
- Provisions that should survive termination (IP, fees, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, etc.) shall survive.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform will first be addressed through reasonable means (including but not limited to amicable discussions, third‑party communications, or other legally available arrangements). If further handling is required, the specific pathway, forum, or venue will—to the extent permitted by law—be reasonably designated by the Platform at that time or as posted on the Site.
- Where permitted by law, the parties agree not to proceed via class, collective or representative actions. We may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
